Marsh Gibbon and Great Horwood will face each other in another final following their victories last night.
The two sides, who are set to meet this Friday at Fringford Cricket Club in the George Blow final, will now meet in the final of the League Shield.
Marsh Gibbon bowled Maids Moreton all out for 37 runs and lost five wickets in reaching their target.
Great Horwood beat Fringford in the other semi-final after they set a total of 129 with Matt McStraw hitting 40 and finding support from Hayden Morrison (16).
Horwood skipper Chris McStraw struck an undefeated 23 in the last three overs, which later provided to be an invaluable knock.
In reply, Fringford fell seven runs short with Buncham (47) and Hussein (46) taking their side very close.
