After a very good first half of the season, Blaik is looking for his side to continue to match the levels they have set as City visit The ASM Stadium this weekend.

They (Cambridge City) will come to us in a determined mood as they’ve lost a couple of players this week.

I thought at the start of the season they would be play-off contenders, at worse, and it will be another difficult game for us.

Blaik revealed that Thame have been looking to strengthen their squad.

We have a seven-day approach in for a player so we will see what that brings.

We now go into a run of games against teams scrapping for points and we need to be at our best, and compete, to keep our league form going.

Sports Shots will have our newest recruit, Carl Catling, reporting from the game.
