Flooring eased into the last sixteen of the FA Sunday Cup with a seven-nil win over Leighton Madrid last Sunday afternoon.
Flooring dominated from the first minute and deservedly took the lead twenty minutes in, Sean Coles smashing home. The lead was quickly doubled, Ty Deacon on hand to finish from a corner, Alex Kedzierski rifled a penalty after Lynton Goss caused havoc in the Leighton defence, and Ollie Hogg made it 4 just before half time with Leighton in disarray.
The second half continued in the same manner but it wasn’t until Mitchell Collins decided to do things by himself with two wonderful individual goals sandwiched between Deacon getting his second after a classy flick from Daniel Parsons.
The reward for the win is a 4th round tie away to AFC Jacks from Wolverhampton on Sunday 20th January with a 1.00pm kick-off.
