Winslow United won their sixth game in succession, including their last four league games on the spin, to extend their unbeaten run at Rayners Lane on Saturday.
Paul Alleyne’s side have suffered just one defeat in their last thirteen outings in a run that has pushed them up to touching distance of a top five berth.
Sean Coles gave United the ideal start as he fired the visitors ahead in the opening minutes.
Daniel Parsons and Anthony Ball both went close before the home side got back on level terms in the 27th minute through Hastings.
Parsons was on target just three minutes before the break as he rifled home from the edge of the area to send Winslow in 2-1 up at the break.
Seventeen minutes after the restart Hastings scored his second as he put the home side back on level terms again.
United produced a good move down the right flank before Alex Kedzierski put Jack Bowers’ cross into the net to put the visitors 3-2 ahead.
In injury time, Parsons put Simon King in and he calmly slid the ball into the net.
