SSMFL,D2: Returning players as Grendon head to 61FC

MATCH PREVIEW – 61FC (Luton)

Tomorrow Stuart Leonard returns to take his side on the road to Luton to face The 61FC.

Last week saw a depleted Rangers side toil but to no avail as they went down to title hopefuls Aston Clinton. The squad that day worked hard to frustrate their opponents but despite making life hard for Aston Clinton there would be nothing to show for the efforts.

This week sees the return to the squad of the Manager himself along with striker Nathan Perna (pictured), Joe Leonard and Alex Emery who returns from a holiday. Out go Ash Thompson and Nick Moodie, the latter joins Jordan Garrad and Paul Thornton on the treatment table, Ricky Brown and Andy Prescott are on holiday.

Stuart Leonard said “we are hopeful for some points following last weeks positive performance”.

Last season at 61FC first half goals from S.Leonard and Dean Garrad secured a valuable three points in a 0-2 win. Leonard will be hoping for something similar tomorrow.
